- Business profile — catalog, products, pricing, and settings you add to the Service.
- Messaging data from connected Meta platforms — customer display names, platform-scoped user IDs, message content, shared media, and timestamps for conversations you manage in Vitrina.
- Order and transaction details created through the Service.
- Usage and device data — logs, IP address, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- Operate the shared inbox and let you send and receive messages on connected channels.
- Generate AI reply suggestions and shopping assistance for your review.
- Create and manage orders, products, and customer records.
- Secure, maintain, and improve the Service and provide support.
Data obtained from Instagram or Facebook is used only to provide and improve these features for you, and is handled consistent with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell your data or the data of your customers.
AI processing
To generate reply suggestions, relevant conversation content may be processed by our AI provider(s) acting as our processor. This processing is limited to producing suggestions for your review and is not used to train third-party models where such use can be disabled.

We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Meta Platforms — to send and receive messages on Instagram and Facebook.
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and storage (e.g., Amazon Web Services) that host the Service on our behalf.
- AI providers — processors that generate reply suggestions.
