These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vitrina (the “Service”), operated by Vitrina (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Vitrina is an AI-assisted shopping and messaging platform that lets businesses manage customer conversations, product catalogs, and orders across connected channels, including Instagram and Facebook messaging provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to operate the business you register.
Connecting third-party platforms
When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, you authorize us to access and process data from those accounts to provide the Service. Your use of connected platforms is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed to connect them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send spam or unlawful, misleading, or infringing content;
- violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, including Meta's;
- attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service; or
- reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its AI features.
Your content
You retain ownership of the messages, product information, and other content you or your customers submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service, including generating AI reply suggestions.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Vitrina and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted here.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing any message before it is sent. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitrina will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
